How do I qualify for the 2 free concert tickets from Olympus®?

This offer is valid for purchases of one Olympus® LS-12, LS-14 or LS-100 Music Recorder at participating stores within the 50 United States between July 1, 2013 and September 30, 2013. Please download your Registration Form on the How To Get Started page. Please complete the Registration Form in its entirety. In order to qualify, please mail in your completed Registration Form, original receipt (no copies accepted) and your serial code cut out within fourteen (14) days of purchasing your Olympus® LS-12, LS-14 or LS-100 Music Recorder.

Where do I mail my Registration Form, original receipt and serial code cut out?

When can I expect to hear from a reward concierge agent to book my concert tickets?

Within 5 business days from validation of your registration, a reward concierge agent will contact you to arrange and complete the booking process.

What concerts can I go to with this reward?

You can select any available concert taking place in the 50 United States between August 1, 2013 and October 31, 2013. Tickets are general admission tickets and are subject to availability.

How much are the concert tickets worth?

Ticket value may vary depending upon the concert date and date the concert is confirmed and booked. Food, beverages and other entertainments available at the concert venue are not included.

Can I sell my free concert tickets?

No, the concert tickets are not able to be sold for cash.

I changed my mind and want to go to a different concert, what do I do?

Sorry, your initial concert choice is final. Your concert tickets are non refundable.

How many times can I qualify to receive the two free concert tickets from Olympus® ?

Only one offer is valid per customer, per household and per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the offer holder).

Do I have to use the two concert tickets together?

Yes, the two tickets will be booked together for the same concert, on the same date and for the same time.

Are there any restrictions to this offer?

This offer is only valid for purchases of one Olympus® LS-12, LS-14 or LS-100 Music Recorder at participating stores within the United States between July 1, 2013 and September 30, 2013. This offer is only valid once per customer, once per household and once per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the offer holder). To qualify for two free concert tickets, you must mail your Registration Form, your original receipt, and your serial code cut out within fourteen (14) days of the purchasing date. Food, beverages and other entertainments available at the concert venue are not included. Your concert choice, including the date, is final. Your concert tickets are non refundable. You can select from available concerts taking place in the USA between August 1, 2013 and October 31, 2013. Tickets are general admission tickets and are subject to availability. Front row tickets are not included in the promotion.

I changed my mind and want the free photo shoot instead of the two free concert tickets. How do I switch my reward?

How do I qualify for the free professional photo shoot from Olympus® ?

This offer is valid for purchases of one Olympus® LS-12, LS-14 or LS-100 Music Recorder at participating stores within the United States between July 1, 2013 and September 30, 2013. Click Group will provide you with information on the studio in your area and book your photo shoot with you.

Where does the photo shoot take place?

Your photo shoot will take place with a participating photographer in your area. Click Group will you provide with this venue’s information when they contact you.

Can I sell my free photo shoot?

No, the photo shoot is not able to be sold for cash.

I want to reschedule my photo shoot, what do I need to do?

Photo shoots are non refundable and cannot be rescheduled. When booking your photo shoot please make sure this date works for you.

How many times can I qualify to receive the free photo shoot and free 5” X 7” retouched image from the shoot?
